Regional events are an opportunity to network with colleagues, discuss issues and to share practice and experience, this is not a training course so please be prepared to bring your own examples to contribute and raise your own points for discussion.
In the morning there will be an indoor session covering the following:
Issues affecting accessibility for different groups e.g., gender, ethnicity, disability.

Clone of Regional Development Day SE Planning - A Mock Housing Development Application
South East Regional Development Day in Winchester to discuss all things planning with focus on a 'mock' planning application for 200 houses.
There is lots to discuss including, Section 106's - what level are you going in at? Active Travel, Planning and Highways legislation, HA278, Countryside Access Plans, community consultation, securing contributions and diversions and extinguishments.
A lunch will be provided along with tea and coffee.
