Maintenance Work within Regulations
Virtual by Microsoft Teams
Undertaking practical work to create new routes, install path furniture, maintain structures, surfaces and vegetation are all tasks likely to require compliance with regulations, from hedge-cutting to main river consent for a major bridge replacement. Use of contract labour will also require compliance with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM).
This course looks at the main regulations, and some less well known ones, that apply and how to ensure works are compliant: what to check, who to contact, timescale and supervision.
