Over several years, representatives of IPROW and ADEPT have worked with Network Rail to achieve a memorandum of understanding for level crossings and public rights of way.

The MOU is not intended as a solution for all issues where rights of way interact with railways, but it provides a foundation on which discussion with Network Rail can be built in each case.
