MHCLG is gathering evidence for the review of legislative protections of public recreational green spaces. The review is examining:
- what legislative protections apply to public recreational green spaces
- how those protections are identified and understood in practice
- how effective and usable those protections are
Review of Legislative Protections Survey closes on 13 September. It is aimed at those with experience of managing, advising on, protecting, planning for, or developing public green spaces. Responses are welcome from organisations and individuals with relevant experience, including local authorities, the parks and green spaces sector, and the development sector.
