Suicide rate of farmers rising
Rights of way officers on our Compliance and Enforcement courses will know that we emphasise awareness of the pressures farmers may be under and to be conscious that while an offence may have been committed in obstructing or failing to clear a public right of way, it may genuinely be that resolving it is one more task that never quite makes it to the top of the Urgent Jobs list, rather than deliberate intent.
Sending Orders to Ordnance Survey
Sending Orders to Ordnance Survey
All legal events and modification orders should be sent to Ordnance Survey, including orders confirmed by the Planning Inspectorate.
Confirmed orders should be sent to rightsofway@os.uk. Please check that this is in use by all departments (and districts) responsible for sending orders.
If you have been sending to rightsofway@ordnancesurvey.co.uk, that has been forwarding but please update to rightsofway@os.uk in case it is dropped.
