Regional events are an opportunity to network with colleagues, discuss issues and to share practice and experience, this is not a training course so please be prepared to bring your own examples to contribute and raise your own points for discussion.
This is a joint event in partnership with the Outdoor Recreation Network
10am start
Presentation from Oliver Stainthorpe, Smithills Estate, Woodland Trust, with planned contributions from Forestry Commission and Natural England.
Open discussion on managing the public within the confines of statutory public access.
A lunch will be provided along with tea and coffee.
The afternoon will be a site visit. (attendees to car share to site)
There are plenty of places but there is a minimum of 10 to run this event and bookings will close on 17th April 2026 - if you are unable to attend after you have booked please let membership@iprow.co.uk know as soon as possible so that places may be given to those on a waiting list.
There is no charge for the event, this is a free member benefit.
