Maintenance Work within Regulations 2022
Undertaking creation of new routes, installation of path furniture, maintenance of structures and vegetation are all tasks likely to require compliance with regulations, from hedge-cutting to main river consent for a major bridge replacement. Use of contract labour will also require compliance with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM).
This course looks at the primary regulations you need to consider and how to ensure works are compliant: what to check, who to contact, timescale and supervision.
Some regulations differ between England and Wales. This course focuses on England’s regulations but a Wales version can be produced if there is demand.
